Welcome to Poppy Bagels

We make authentic, hand-rolled bagels inspired by California. 

This means we combine the best of what each coast has to offer. Our bagels have the taste and chew of an east coast bagel while using as many locally-sourced and high-quality ingredients as possible. We use organic flour, get our cream cheese from a nearby dairy, source many of our bagel toppings from a local spice shop, and often rotate in seasonal specials.
